Collection: About the studio

I am Inna. I take books apart and give them back in a form worth keeping.

It started with a book I loved and a cover I could not look at any more. I taught myself to take it apart, sew the signatures back together and build a new case around them — book cloth, boards, glue, patience. The first one was crooked. The tenth was not.

Today every book that leaves my studio is cut, foiled, sewn and bound by hand. I work with book cloth, velvet and printed canvas, with metallic and holographic foil applied piece by piece, with gilded and sprayed page edges, ribbon bookmarks and corner protectors. No machine finishes a cover here, which is exactly why no two books are identical.

What I actually sell is not a cover. It is the moment someone opens a parcel and finds the story they love in a form nobody else owns.
